HARDI PROGRAMS

We offer a Branch Manager Certification Program to employees who express an interest. This program provides the employee the skill set necessary to ensure that they are able to achieve proficiency and demonstrate a clear return on investment, with tangible, measurable skills as a HARDI certified branch manager.
We also offer employees an Inside Sales Certification Program to employees who want to grow their career. The Inside Sales Certification will cultivate an employees knowledge of the sales position and offers a four step path to becoming HARDI certified. |
BLUEHAWK TRAINING

The Purchasing Coop that Century and Air Management belong to have some excellent online training opportunities. Some of it is from suppliers we support and some from suppliers we may not support. Whether we support the supplier or not almost all the training has value and is offered to us free of charge. Century pays you $1 for each class you take and in addition, you can earn “Blue Bucks” for each training module you complete. Blue Bucks can be redeemed for gift cards and other items online.
